Compensation: $50,000-$75,000 in expected annual earnings, consisting of $20-$22-per-hour guaranteed base wage plus commissions and performance bonuses.  Full-Time, Mon- Friday, in person in Wenatchee.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative for Brett Sasseen State Farm Agency, your primary responsibility will be generating new business.  You will prospect, contact and follow up with leads, identify customer needs, prepare insurance quotes, and help prospects make informed coverage decisions.  This is a goal driven sales position with clear activity and production expectations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to effectively relate to customers.
  • Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, the required Washington Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance producer licenses before independently conducting sales.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
